This Project was our application for the global competition organised by MacArthur Foundation named - 100&Change. This global competition was for a $100 million grant to fund a single proposal that promises “real and measurable progress in solving a critical problem of our time.” Our Project was named Celestial State On Earth. We did not win the competition, but our entry was appreciated and for quite some years was quoted in the archives.
